I am having a good day today I called into the Age Concern charity shop/thrift shop and found this lovely set of bone china cups and saucers plus plates and dishes. The cups will be used at my daughters wedding the plates will be used to try to mosaic I will let you see my efforts when I do it

Hell Everyone,
Well I have had a busy week and weekend I have been painting my hallway, although it is not a huge room it has three doors that have to be painted so I still have not finished. I really cannot wait to get it all done as I have some new things to display and I have bought a country shelf for the display of my things. Oh well I will just keep going and as soon as it is completed I will post a picture.

Do you love these brooches as much as me they are so cute.
Today I am starting to paint my hall, I have new shelves to put up and more goodies too I will show you when it is finished. I have got so many ideas from the lovely blogs I visit, try Hickory Hollow it is truly inspirational and if you click onto her favourite blogs you will drool at the lovely things you see. I wonder if ladies in America know how lucky they are to have such wonderful shops to visit.
Tony and I spent a holiday on Cape Cod, New England las year it had always been my dream to go there and it was everything I imagined it would be and more. We stayed in a New England House on White Pond in Chatham what a lovely place it was. I will tell you more on another day.

Busy Weekend

Hello everybody, sorry it's been 3days since I
was in touch but I had a really busy weekend
visiting relatives for family birthdays and then
spring cleaning my computer room so that I can accommodate Andrews computer as well as our own plus all his books. My poor husband no
longer has a garage he can call his own as it is
full of Andrews wordly goods.
I went shopping yesterday with my good and dear friend Kathleen and we found six more cups and saucers for my daughters wedding , we also stopped for coffee and muffins a must when you shop. All the new summer clothing is coming into the shops and oh how I wish I was young again when I see the lovely fabrics and styles that are now available for such reasonable prices.
