Whitby Abby

This is a picture of Whitby Abby the place where Bram Stoker set his story of Dracula. We went to Whitby and had a lovely time the area is so beautiful, you have to drive across the North Yorkshire Moors to get there and the scenery is stunning I can understand why Bram Stoker chose this area to set his story there are mists that come down making it very eerie just right for Dracula although we did'nt see him I'm very glad to say but we did enjoy this little port with its fishing boats and quaint little shops, and yes I did find a quilting shop but, my abiding memory is of a plateful of the best and freshest fish and chips I have ever tasted.

Oh my, that is a wonderful picture. Our C would love to visit a place like that. I can definitely see why he would write Dracula in that area.

Sounds like the fish and chips were awesome.
