Crazy Patchwork Quilt

Good Morning, this is a quilt I put together from my scrap box, I finished it in the summer 2011 and I am now trying to embellish it, it is a long job because there are so many seams to embroider but, I am loving doing it, I get as much pleasure from going through my boxes and baskets of embellishments trying to decide which to use as I do actually creating it. I love beads and lace so there will be lots of that and I want to use ribbon as well I have done a little bit of silk ribbon embroidery but I am not the best at it but I want to learn as it always looks so wonderful on crazy patchwork, buttons will feature a lot too but I am quite happy sat amongst the chaos of my sewing room creating something of beauty.

Beautiful! You will certainly have to enter this one in a contest.
Document your process and one day you can submit it to the magazine if you'd like. A lot of fun ahead of you. Blissful stitches,
Pat
